I do agree making stunt videos can be great without mods but there very difficult to make without mods. Please make your own fucking videos before hating on everyone and saying your right.

When you use your debt card... or credit card..... or even checks... you're giving that place information. Debit card= number and pin. Credit card= Number and 3 digit pin. Checks=account number, address, DL number.

Game mods are purely ways of hacking/editing games in order to change things. As with most files on a computer, someone could put a keylogger or something in to them. But most of the time; that is not the case.
If you download a legit mod and scan it, you have nothing to worry about.
